Povetkin soon will be 42 y.o. With Povetkin when he was 30-36 y.o Haye and A.J had been both KOed. Both of these are overrated and Haye while had damn huge power for 217-220 lbs boxer, was not better boxer than Bellew. Never and ever was. Ofc he was over the hill and not in best shape but sorry. Today Makabu will KTFO him, not alone CW boxers Dorticos, Okolie or Lerena, Cieslak, Briedis, Mchunu.
I think it's closer than guys are making it out to be, i am more of a Povetkin fan but styles favor Haye. Povetkin struggled with small heavyweights on 2 different occasions and Haye thrives when fighters come to him anyway. Povetkin is a better fighter with a significantly better resume but H2H I'd say Haye wins 6/10 times
h2h both Haye and A.J had been annihilated if they had fought vs dudes like Povetkin or Huck or Spong h2h, Couple kicks will be enough here. For Usyk prime version too. Haye had more 1 punch power than Povetkin but he wasn't, never was in level even a bit close to Huck or Povetkin. Never in his life. Haye actually was worse than Bellew. Always was and nothing could change this.
