Canelo's history with Showtime is older than Plant's pro career.

Canelo stops Plant and moves to 175

    Fights Beterbiev or Bivol

No rehydration clause or any limit conditions

    Let's go?

Canelo never moves up to 175 again. After Plant fight, he gonna fight a challenger bum (like Zach Parker) to defend his belts and then Benavidez. He might be retired after Benavidez victory.

I think the PPV price is going up for this fight. Dont expect anything less than 84.99 maybe even 89.99 for this one. Canelo and Plant both have monstrous paydays, and in order for them to make money theyre going to have to raise it imo.

I thought Canelo was DAZN? No PPV if you are a subscriber.

Not buying. I went ahead and re-subbed to Showtime primarily for ShoBox. I subbed. No PPVs. Same for the Crawford vs Porter fight. I'm subbed to ESPN+. If they can't make it work for that, I'll find some other way to see em' or maybe I end up following boxing through the written word and
audio broadcasts. Like the old days before everybody had a TV when the World Heavyweight Champion was the biggest Champion of anything, anywhere.

Boxers are not earning a hundred bucks to see a televised fight and supporting that is just giving permission to keep ****ing me in the ass. Not havin' it. :fusmile

He’s on a fight by fight contract. PBC refuse to work with DAZN and wouldn’t let Plant fight there almost ruining the guys biggest payday.

So Canelo went to PBC who tried to tie him in to a 3 fight deal. Canelo agreed to one fight only.

Well, he will be returning beltless if he fights David.

Those combos are going to nullify Canelo's unbelievable head movement.

Thats true, but his body is soft and Canelo is the ultimate body puncher at that weight. Will Benevidez make it tough? Of course, but Canelo isnt the best for no reason. I think Canelo goes to war and breaks down The bandit to the body late in the fight, and secures a knockdown or two via the body shot en route to a UD.

Canelo signed a one fight deal with Haymon for this fight.
