There has been 0 study to prove that the masks have helped to prevent the spread of the virus, whether by 1% or 99%. 99% of the virus is spread through touching things which contain the virus and then touching yourself. Avoiding touching your face and washing your hands are the best precautions. In the past year I may have had heard 2 coughs and none in my direction.
