Broner Vs maidana is one of my favourite moments in boxing history...all of it ..it was perfect...n the memes n comment's on here after... perfect lol

Broner vs. Maidana will always be memorable. The whole world was hoping it would go down one way, and then it did.

Broner emblemised everything that was corny and bad about Floyd, but didn't have the ATG skills and dedication that made it all work. The boxing world thought we were seeing the cringey continuation of the Money Mayweather era. It was as if we were watching a tough, working class guy fight a pompous rich kid who was the son of another pompous rich guy. Maidana winning, and winning the way he did is part of why this sport is beautiful.

3 fighters in particular trash talked Julio Cesar Chavez

1. Edwin Rosario- Rosario's team, may have been his mom, put a witch curse on Julio Cesar Chavez
Somebody in Chavez' team handed Chavez a red band to wear on his head in his ring walk to fend off the curse.
Chavez went on to bloodgeon Rosario and the red band on Chavez' forehead became part of every Chavez ring walk from that point on.

2. Hector Camacho- We all know Camacho was second to none as far as trash talking.
Chavez ends up beating Camacho every minute of every round.

3. Greg Haugen- Haugen goes on a rant in promoting the fight that Chavez is this overrated fighter thats fought nothing but taxi cab drivers. Before the fight Chavez say's, "I'm not unbeatable, on any given night a fighter can come along and beat me, but it wont be Greg Haugen. Haugen has nothing in his arsenal to hold me back from the beating I'm going to propinate him for his big mouth.
For those who have not seen this fight, take a look at it on youtube. Chavez completely castigates Haugen. Its evident from the start Chavez can stop Haugen any time he wants, but Chavez does'nt do that. He castigates Haugen and holds back to make him eat his words and suffer for his big mouth talking.

In his prime, trash talking Julio Cesar Chavez only made him more determined.

 

The way that Maidana destroyed Broner made that man a God, and rightly so.

Broner/Madiana was priceless. MM returning the dry hump after gaining complete control. Broner never regained his luster after that. I say put Broner in there with Ennis.

Broner Maidana was the perfect example of trash talking gone wrong, and such a satisfying fight to watch.

I think Wilders trash talking of Fury has to be up there. He calls Fury featherfisted and then proceeds to get stopped by him twice lol

 

That fraud Saunders, avoided talented opponents, to get his Canelo pay day and cash out.
