When Joshua knocks out Usyk in round 3, you will know I'm not manipulating anything.

He very well might knock him out in round 3 but it doesn't change the fact that Gassiev is the biggest puncher he has ever faced. Joshua has much better combinations but 1 punch power belongs to Gassiev

Are you joking? How can you say that Gassiev is a bigger puncher than Joshua? Look at KO statistics. Joshua bags heavyweights like walking in park. He has 22/24 knock out ratio, where as Gassiev has 21/28.

Joshua has very good power but hes not a huge 1 punch KO artist, he KOs people through an accumulation of punches. Usyk has the same KO record as Gassiev, would you say Usyk is as big a puncher as Gassiev? I know I'd rather be hit with 10 punches from Usyk than 1 from Gassiev.

Joshua has very good combinations and one of the best killer instincts around but it's usually 6-7 punches in a row that do his opponents.

I picked AJ by decision however the closer the fight gets the more I think Usyk may well get stopped.

I don't know about the outcome, but I am pretty sure the RBR thread of the fight might break the record for the most commented RBR

Preface: I strongly dislike AJ as a person and think he's a bit overrated and most of his talent is just his size, but he's still fairly good. I kind of like Usyk, but I'm not in the fanclub at all. He's also a bit overrated. His flaws are his lack of power and small frame. His skills are quite good.

    AJ UD ~60% odds
Usyk is too small and lacking in power to get the KO. Usyk will be disfavored by the judges and is just too small to outbox AJ (at least not enough to overcome judge bias). However, Usyk will be too fast and skilled to get KOd himself, so AJ winds up getting a UD. Fight to be ultimately similar to second AJ-Ruiz fight (I think, don't remember it that well).

The caveat is this requires AJ to have a brain and control the distance: not just go toe-to-toe. AJ was too stupid to figure out not to do that in the first Ruiz fight, or even with Povetkin fight (I think anyway, I don't really recall the Povetkin fight that well), so it's possible he'll be stupid again.

    AJ KO ~25% odds
    Two ways this happens:
    1. AJ fights stupid and goes toe-to-toe. He'll get out-boxed, but fair chance he'll get a KO (like AJ-Povetkin).
    2. AJ fights smart and simply catches Usyk at some point (like AJ-Pulev).

    Usyk UD ~15% odds
This happens if AJ fights stupid and tries to stand and exchange with Usyk, who has faster hands and much more skill. Similar to early rounds of AJ-Povetkin and first AJ-Ruiz. Made more unlikely by two facts: 1. Usyk has less power than Ruiz and Povetkin, so AJ can probably change plans even if he's initially stupid -- unlike against Ruiz. 2. Judges will favor AJ.

I don't see Usyk by KO, although I'd certainly be happy if it happened. AJ and Hearn can both get ****ed.

Thats possibly people looking for the value.
e.g. if I thought the fight was 50/50 or even 60/40 in favour of Joshua, then odds of 1/2 or worse are not good enough value to me - whereas Usyk at 9/4 is better odds than my perception of his chances in the fight. So if I were to have a bet, I'd put it on Usyk.

I think prime Wlad would have stopped AJ.
    Same for prime Povetkin.

Usyk is a better boxer than with of those two.
So he should be able to pull it off.

And yet, he doesn't have the size or power of Wlad nor Sasha.

So can he keep AJ honest ? Can he avoid AJ's very decent power ?

And if it's close, will the judges score fairly ?

Not confidant in picking here, but if I have to, I'll slightly favour Usyk on points.

Usyk looked tiny next to AJ. I'm sure he was thinking "how the hell am I going to fight this giant? What have I gotten myself into" during face off.

I think this will go similar to the AJ-Povetkin fight. Usyk will be having a lot of success but is going to get caught.
