Should be fired - he is simply useless, boring and far too biased. Not the first time he has been asked about his card by Smith and came up with the same response.

Adam Smith was much improved last night which was a surprise to me.

Yeah he definitely did. That's the issue with watching live - you'll get carried away with the crowd momentum.

Marcus McDonnell had the same problem in both eyes from the start of the Campbell Hatton fight

Posted this week that Usyk looked the hungry man full of desire at the presser and weigh-in while Joshua looked uncomfortable - he had the 'eye of the tiger'

AJ just fought the WBO mandatory in Usyk. Surley can't be called that soon.

Thought the same thing when watching haha. Unlike Fernandes though, he didn't miss last night.

I'm very slow to pick up on things so don't laugh at me guys. Only because it was more evident last night that's why I noticed it but AJ was telegraphing his punches far too much and he boxed too much in a straight line to even make Usyk do any work. That's why Usyk said afterwards it wasn't as hard as he thought to fight AJ.

Compare that to Usyk and you can't tell which way the facker is going from one second to the next second. He's an absolute mindfack. To concentrate on him for 12 rounds must have absolutely wrecked AJ.

Watch the 2nd round of Joshua v an 'injured' Pudding Whyte - his limitations were there to see at an early stage in his career.

Rice Pudding Ruiz took his soul and he will always be mentally weaker after quitting in the ring although he gave everything in the ring last night.

No shame losing to an elite fighter but Joshua never has shown me to be one and may never end up one either.

Very good fighter who was carefully matched by the best salesman in the world making an absolute fortune in the process.

He is what he is and I don't think he beats Usyk in the future unless he lands a huge bomb early.

The most worrying thing for Joshua is that it is one thing blasting out stale Pudding Pulev. It must be soul destroying for him when Rice Pudding Ruiz Jnr and now Usyk take his best punches and still march forward.

Somedays are rough , somedays are tough ....

Unless you are Usyk who just wanders round the globe picking up belts.

Sorry, couldn't resist, that advert was doing my nut in last night

I think the best thing AJ could do if he's still truly in love with the sport and truly still wants everything that comes with it is to make some BIG radical changes.

First off change Trainers. I'm not blaming McCracken per se as they do seem to have good chemistry, but a change is needed IMO. AJ needs a totally fresh perspective if he's to go forward. A bit like what Fury did after his robbery with Wilder.

His stamina looks to have improved but that's still key I think for further improvement.

The other main issue is his deep inner self belief and natural aggression that he once had. Can it be fixed???? I don't know to be honest. But with a new Trainer and regime maybe he could improve and make inroads on that too.

I genuinely hope AJ does give his career another serious shot. After all he's got good basic fundamentals and superb physical attributes.

    I wish him well
