For sure he can. Given he's only 30, and there's a solid chance that the beltholders may not even be boxing in 2 to 3 years, then he absolutely can. Will he be beating the current holders for that 3rd reign though? Absolutely not.
Not against any current champ, no. Maybe he can saw off a leg and try his luck at Bridgerweight (what a stupid ****ing name) we could see the long awaited AJ vs Okolie match
Yes of course he can. Who knows how long Usyk will be unified champ for. Each body wants their mandatories and it's likely that at some point, Usyk will give up belts if not retire. Joshua is still young enough to pick up another belt or two. He still has a possible rematch and whilst I would heavilly favour Usyk for obvious reasons, it's not inconceivable that a heaver Joshua comes in all guns blazing and wins. He can beat Usyk if he can land repeatedly with heavier combinations - it's just doing that without punching himself out that's the difficult part. Usyk is the worst style possible for AJ, we saw that. A shorter, much faster opponent with great footwork, stamina, punch variety, ring iq and a solid chin. I still think he beats Wilder, Whyte and all the rest, Fury aside.
Sure, if he doesn't retire soon I expect him to with the management behind him... If there's a vacant belt in the future, or a weaker beltholder, you can be sure Matchroom will be all over it.
Joshua physically has another 5+ years or so at world level. Whether he's willing to adapt and put his nose to it remains to be seen. I'd still favor him against everyone except Usyk and Fury, with Wilder probably being 50/50 depending on what Wilder has left (or has left after Fury III).
He can't realistically beat Usyk and those who think he can just further display their ignorance of boxing and psychology.
I don't see why being an x-time champion is even impressive unless you lost the belts outside the ring (retirement, politcs etc.) or you came back a genuinely better fighter. AJ came back from the Ruiz loss a less confident fighter and was content to win the rematch in the easiest and least risky way possible. All 2-time does is direct you to an overwhelming loss and an unconvincing win. The only way I could see him winning an Usyk rematch is by getting lucky, a puncher's chance, a premature stoppage, an injury, a cut. Nothing that would overcome how outclassed he was in the first fight. 3-time means 2 losses, nothing more.
