    I go for it:
    Faster combinations (in general): Ali
    Faster jab: Ali - Holmes
Faster special combination "to the body and uppercut": Mike Tyson
Faster left hook: Tyson - Frazier - Morrison
    Faster right hook: Tyson
    Faster straight hand: Wlad Klitschko
Faster one-two: Ali - Tyson - Wlad Klitschko
    Faster brawler: Wilder...LOL

Bert Cooper has underrated handspeed. Try watch his fight with Moorer, my man flurried him like a heavy machine gun

That’s a nice template/categories to be getting on with. Sometimes It’s not quite as simple as just saying in broad terms that one fighter had faster hands.

I know Ali’s jab was supposedly clocked faster than SRR (using frames as the metric) but I also think Frazier’s hook was timed as being faster than Ali’s jab. Fast combos seem to be the best advertisement for speed though another fighters single punch might be faster again. Some fighter can throw dazzling flurries which, all be they fast, are useless and only for show. Another fighters combo might be a touch slower but entail full commitment, recoil, reload and refire. Louis’ triple thunderbolt left hooks on Max Baer were the perfect fusion of textbook execution, speed and power. Rated in each of those categories, Joe’s accumulated score would be hard to beat.
