I'm not even a Loma fan dude deserves an auto rematch. He was reining champ and possibly goat and lost to air bud lmao. Now Lopez is running around doing everything he can to hold things up.

Interesting your calling Loma the goat when he lost. Also, what difference does the a side b side argument make at this point? Loma lost and there's no reason to believe he would have given Lopez a rematch

There I agree. I do not believe that Loma might had gave Lopez rematch if he had won this one.
Unless some from ABC orgs had installed Lopez as mando for Loma for some title.
I really never ever will believe that Loma might had gave not mandatory rematches if he had won.

While Lopez, sorry, is inactive and not actual since fight vs Loma.

I thought the kid had some sauce but nooooooooo...he's a big wussy, *****, nancy boy, sissy :gey:, chicken bock bock bock :scared1

I'm actually starting to think he counts himself lucky to have the W and is afraid of losing his precious zero. He has been overcome by his zero. He is less than his zero. Sad. :shakehead:

I only think you deserve an automatic rematch if it's controversial. This wasn't. Plenty of good ones out there that Lopez hasn't beat.

If he just plays it safe from here it's a big shame, but Loma isn't in front of the line in any case. If he beats Haney he is, so he should make his case air tight instead of moaning.

Loma should just try to make a fight with any of the other top guys at the weight, if they have the balls. This new school of 135lbers are all posers, he has the beating of all of them. A win over Haney/Garcia/Davis puts him right up there again and makes Lopez look like the chicken he is.
But I reckon they all duck him now.

I called it from the start. Lopez is just like his dad, a scumbag coward with a big mouth and no balls. He talks like he invented boxing but won’t fight the biggest money challenger at his weight. Total scum POS but I’m not surprised.

No problem with him not rematch but how about shut the **** up and fight someone worth a damn?? If people bring up Loma throw out the top names you want to face instead of just riding the Loma win.

Whilst I like Loma's skills and style in the ring, he lost a bit of my respect after the Lopez defeat - he should have just been more of a man about it and said - "hey, the kid surprised me, he is good, much better than I thought! I'd like the chance to do it again"

Given he had no rematch clause, if the shoulder was so bad - he should have pulled out of the fight. He miscalculated, so should show some humble pie!

But Loma looked great against Nakatani and has rebounded a bit...

...whereas Lopez has stalled all his momentum with this Triller / Kambosos farce!

I'm no great fan of Lopez and his pops - they don't seem to have an ounce more humility than Loma - seem more interested in following the DIVA path set by Floyd and more recently Canelo, and I'm no fan of that. But at least Canelo fights regularly ffs!

Lopez (and Arum) need to **** or get off the pot - if you gonna stay at 135, then fight Loma as it's easily the best fight that can be made at that weight. Failing that then at least try and make Haney or Tank (not that Tank will be allowed out to play of course!).

If not then move up and see how you fare against the bigger guys and harder hitters - Subriel Matias I fancy might have Lopez on silly street at times, even if Lopez has the skills to still win that one; it's a fight I'd love to see!

Sounds to me that he isn't too confident in himself in beating Loma more convincingly and proving his doubters wrong again. He knows that Loma will come in better prepared and potentially burst his bubble.

The simple question is - Why Lopez don't want a loooot of money for just one fight?
