    Noble work, Spoon, and needed. A lot of artisanal know-how has gone out of the sport even compared to just two or three decades ago, not all that far back in the big picture. Have long admired your nous and dexterity with the blocking technique you employed to limit Holmes' jab with your right glove.

    Glad to hear you sounding in as well-preserved a mental condition as physical. I'll keep an eye on the channel.

    I love the idea of the channel, the old school training, definitely a lost art that there's a lot of curiosity about.
