F ME!! £1.99 A MONTH! My goodness me. How many people have lost £2.00 under the car seat and not even noticed it. F ME!!! £1.99!!!!
Fantastic value so far. Does feel a bit like it could be like the Uber strategy though. Obliterate the opposition with a cheap offering and then when the opposition vacate the market, hike the prices up. Have to wait and see.
Who give a **** its £1.99 atm. Even if it goes up a bit it's still peanuts. So far we have had about 10 quality fights which have cost about £10. What more do you want?
If the sub stays at £2 then that can only be a good thing for fans but as we know involved heavily with DAZN is an individual with the initials EH and were that person is there be fleecing afoot. Here's my guess at what the business plan is - Eventually move all boxing off Sky and onto DAZN then gradually and continually increase the basic sub price, then create a tier system of subscription, the big fights are only available for tier 1 subs (more expensive than tier 2 obvs). Before long if you want to see the big fights on DAZN you'll be paying more than you would for monthly Sky PPV's.
I hear you but at the moment we can just speculate, just enjoy the fact we have had some quality fights and more in the near future for peanut s.
Expect this to go up to £5.99 soon before rising to about £10.99 for the foreseeable future . Obviously it’s worth £1.99 at the moment even though I have to watch it on my phone where the quality is as bad as a bad stream. The real test is when it reaches its intended price point.
Got to admit I was dubious at first, only because I wasn't sure what the picture quality would be like, but to be fair it was better quality than I thought. Crystal clear and no buffering, for two quid it was excellent.
It won't be around in ten years, not just boxing but you can't sell stuff for 1:99 that should cost miles more
Not to pricey at approx 0.06.5p a day over the course of a year is it? You spend more than that on loo roll a day.
Ogogo is featured on the AEW PPV this weekend. In only his third match for the organisation he is facing the veteran Cody Rhodes. On paper this should be an easy win for Rhodes, but the x factor is Ogogo’s right hand, and if he lands it can Rhodes take his power?
Cody Rhodes is one of the Executive Vice Presidents of AEW, so will probably just book himself to win regardless.
Remember some guy who was very anti-Sky who stated the end of the 'Bin Lid on Walls' is coming. Today it would appear it is on the cards. https://www.sky.com/glass Looks a really good product and Sky now branching into Retail TV
does look a cracking product and tbf priced well as in contracts etc. Definitely see it being a massive hit
