Not only was the fight instantly and absolute classic, but the undercards were actually very entertaining, for different reasons. I cannot remember a time where a main event was this good plus also an excellent undercard. When was the last time we got so much value for money?
Would have been flawless if not for Sanchez. If you are going to employ that style you have to deliver more explosions of offense.
I thought it was an interesting fight regardless. He boxed well and landed some great shots. I see Sanchez becoming a great threat soon enough. Seems like a great boxer. Couldn't have been more aggressive, but his tactics worked and he got a knockdown. He made Efe lose his confidence.
Well, any time it isn't PPV that's a better value But if it has to be PPV then that was one of the few that cleared the bar as deserving. Three out of four fights had real uncertainty about the outcome, and at least the Anderson fight fit the theme. I didn't mind Sanchez vs Ajagba. The stakes were high and the chances even, that's what made it interesting but also made the fighters cautious. If Ajagba can follow the comeback trail then we could end up with a very nice rivalry and for once they've started early enough that we can see it develop. It adds some intrigue outside the top of the division.
There were great names in the undercard, but fights were not so good to be honest Only fight that was solid for me - Helenius vs Kownacki Others were boring, especially Sanchez.
Ajagba sanchez was boring at times, but at times was very interesting clash of styles. Sanchez can be very explosive and interesting. Edger berlanga fight was really interesting. Helenius vs Kownacki was dramatic.
