Honestly. If the two fought and Wilder threw on Joshua one of his 'shotguns' loaded at the maximum of power would Bodybuilder get up or not?
Obviously would depend on the shot, but if were talking a full swing overhand right right on AJs temple, its nighty night femi.
Joshua is not elsuive enough to avoid wilder for 12 rounds, but hes also hits harder then fury so it would be an exciting fight either way. Someones getting KTFO
Depends how clean it is but if he lands anything close to his best shot then it’s goodnight sweetheart. That goes for anyone in the world not named Tyson Fury.
AJ is just as likely if not more so to drop him hard, either with a right or left. But could AJ rise from the dead ala Lazarus like Fury, the inactive shell of Fury I might add, did in round 12 of Fury vs Bum Dosser I? No that's not happening but to be fair few could. Could he haul himself off the canvas after eating a biblical flush right hand straight down the pipe like Fury did in round 4 on Saturday night? Doubtful? Or what about after eating a biblical flush right hand and then being dropped again with a brutal clump to the back of the mind? Definitely not. But again, if AJ unleashes some of his trademark speedy combinations on him after hurting or dropping him I think it's a wrap for Bum Dosser. I think AJ would've got him out of there well before that rusty shot Fury did the other night.
He got up (barely) from a flush Wlad right hand. And keep in mind Wlads power translated to the upper echelons of the division more than Wilders did.
Incidentally, it had occurred to me that Wildettes seem to have nothing to say about that brutal clump, after twenty months of complaining about Fury landing a shot to the ear. Anyway, re. OP's question, Joshua might be just conscious and willing enough to try to regain his feet, but I'd expect him to fall over twice from the same punch.
He did and I give him credit for that albeit Wlad's hooks have always been his most powerful shots and this version of AJ is being haunted by the ghost of a morbidly obese Mexican Oliver Hardy lookalike and a fearless time travelling crazy Cossack warrior and when he gets hit he stays hit, his eyes as wide as saucepans and his face a mask of fear.
That clump was attempted murder and had Fury been a mortal he might have needed smelling salts to help him regain his feet and his senses after shipping it.
Yeah that right hand was a bomb of a right hand, I was shocked Joshua got up from that, he also stepped into another big right hand later in the fight and actually shook it off. On both occasions he was in a strong stance, chin down and so was able to absorb it. Against Ruiz Jr he got caught while throwing a shot he wasn't in a good strong stance where he could absorb the power like when hit by Wlad's right. That's why that punch had so much effect on Joshua even though Ruiz doesn't hit as hard as Wlad. That's why a counter punch can be so much more damaging because your opponent isn't prepared to be hit. So maybe AJ could take a Wilder right hand if he is in a good position, chin down and braced for impact. But then again he could get caught when unprepared by a Wilder counter with half the power and get dropped hard or even stopped.
If wilder dropped AJ he would not get up and if he did Wilder would maul him. Fury is tougher physically and mentally then AJ.
Gets up but another windmill puts him down as he'll be on unsteady legs. AJ has poor powers of recovery . It's a 50:50 fight. But doubt it will ever happen.
I dont get why people are saying AJ wouldnt get up?? Hes never been stopped looking up at the lights, he got stopped on his feet. Hes showed a 6.5-7/10 chin. Better chin than Fury imo but Fury recovers faster
