Seems in the right ballpark to me. I would have Fury as the moderate favourite but Usyk winning would hardly be a shock
Thing about Usyk is you know he will turn up in A1 condition while with Fury it's more up in the air. If I knew Fury was going to put in the same gym and camp graft as Usyk I'd make him clear favorite.
Fury is gonna be all over Usyk , the size difference will be significant. The only one who can beat Fury is Fury. He has everything going for him. Yes Usyk is good and smart but so is Fury.
Depends what Fury shows up. If that Fury who just faced Wilder shows up. Usyk easily outpoints. But if the Fury that fought Wilder in 2020 shows up. I see Fury KOing or outpointing with that speed. Fury is just as quick as Usyk is but with greater stamina at peak fitness. Fury will not let Usyk off the hook when he's hurt. I predict Usyk to go down in 6-7 rounds.
I think people might be getting carried away with Usyk's masterful performance over AJ. When AJ hurt him in the 6th round i believe it did shock Usyk but he kept his composure and recovered well. AJ failed to capitalize and jump on Usyk. I think Fury can use his jab to work to the inside and lean and use roughhouse tactics to get to Usyk. Bellew had minor success until Usyk worked him out and quickly unravelled him. I think Usyk has fought a wide array of styles in the amateurs and now through the pro ranks at cruiserweight. Glowacki gave him a minor issue later on in their fight and Breidis made it more competitive than Usyk is used to. I think of all the ''big guys'' Usyk has fought none of them really could box and move as well as Tyson Fury. Fury can also fight on the inside which he's not often credited for. Fury's power is also underrated and is often dismissed by AJ fans. Usyk and Lomachenko need ''control'' and not many can break their spell. Both boxers timing is impeccable and thus in turn effects their accuracy. They're both well oiled machines where their movement, footwork,...etc.. all work perfectly in harmony. Fury has to put a spanner in the works and put Usyk in a place where he's not often in and that is making it a fight and rough him up on the inside. Fury also can use his reach to his advantage. Usyk is in tip top shape and has good stamina but he might tire out quicker than usual because he'll have to move more and up the levels in his distance management vs a guy much taller than him with the longer reach. Very rarely Usyk has to ''fight'' because of his masterful boxing. Fury has shown he can fight and rough it out if he needs to. I think Fury has to research Usyk thoroughly and needs all the help he can get to figure out what Usyk's weaknesses are. Peter Fury might help him gauge what he can do to offset Usyk's abilities and take him out of his rhythm. Outside influences may be crucial for Fury because no one knows exactly what drama will come around the corner next. Usyk keeps himself in consistent shape and seemingly lives a more balanced lifestyle.
Sorry Usyk might be the better boxer but he isn't the better 'fighter'. Usyk does not have the ability to stop Fury.
Do you have pics or video of how hurt was Usyk ? I want to see it closely cuz i did not see it after two times that I watched.
