Unpopular Opinion: Canelo gonna outbox Plant

If Canelo doesn't win before the 6th I'll be very surprised. Plant has nothing to trouble him with.

 

Why are Clenelo fanboys acting like he's a KO artist?

He weight bullied much of his career at 154 and his best tko/KO was shot/**** Kirkland and 140lber defenceless Khan. Other than these two highlight reel KOs who has he stopped via actually dropping them (not stopped on an injury - blown up 160lber BJS was schooling Canelo before he got his eye caved in)?

I'll wait for the list.. Little hint, Kovalev is not on that list because that was a clear as day fix.

That all said Plant is shite.. But let's not act like Canelo is a maasive puncher.. Just because he's expels a lot of air *euhhst* when he punches and often slaps doesn't mean hes a power puncher

 

He could beat Plant any way he chooses - should go southpaw...

 

Canelo is no outboxer. He's gonna beat the crap out of Plant in the second half of the fight but not via outboxing. Not his style.

 

Probably outbox Plant and beat him up in the process. Plant has never dealt with anyone with the head movement like Canelo nor the counterpunch sharpness. You don't go from Feigenbutz to Canelo and expect to look good. Canelo KOs/stops him around 6-8 rounds.

 

Plant is much less talented than BJS.

This will be a walk in the park, Canelo probably won't even need the cards.

 

Plant will shock the world...soon.

 

People forget outboxing somebody is not just boxing from the backfoot.

 

I don't think it's just Clenelo fanboys, many people think he is gonna knock Plant out because as you referred to him he is "Clenelo". Guy seems to be massive ped abuser, so knockout is a good guess. And even if he didn't knock him out, judges will be ready to act on his behalf.

 

He should whoop Plant with 1 hand. The other he should have a beef torta to snack on in between smacking up Plant.

 

After round 1 or 2 Plant will fight to survive. He will try to be flashy but his ultimate goal will be to hear the last bell.

Expect plant to throw nothing but arm punches, run around the ring, and fight scared against the little man.

if plant had a 12 round gas tank he could make it interesting but he doesn't.. unfortunatly after round 7 its just gonna be a canelo beat down.
