id tend to agree with that. He might make some **** cards, and i never agreed with Sky giving him the monopoly either, but that wasnt his doing to be fair. although i dont think the Dazn deal was the best bit of business he's ever done, you cant fault the guy for trying thats for sure.
There’s few finer sights in boxing than Uncle Frank shoulder rolling on IFL in his finest Ralph Lauren cashmere after a Matchroom fighter has been beat.
I find Hearn interviews so boring, because they're generally so insincere. On the other hand, I love a Frank Warren interview. I find his whole personality and demeanour much more entertaining.
I don’t watch Warren interviews these days because it seemed that people were scared or not allowed to ask him difficult questions.
KC was the worst for that. You could actually hear his bottle go in front of Uncle. Then again, what do you expect when in the company of such an alpha male? Who actually shot him btw?
He's good at what he does and makes his fighters a lot of money, so yes, but I am not above an occasional "suck it, Eddie" when things go wrong for him.
In Campbell Hatton, he really is trying to polish a turd and market it to the public as a 24 carat gold bar. I'm not even sure Edward can accomplish that feat.
Like any window, car or mobile phone salesman speaks a loads of rubbish and over exaggerates their product. I think his boxing cards have got considerably worse over the last 3 years. Stable is very thin now. He didn't crack America as he said he would and this DAZN adventure looks a bit of a disaster (early days, I know?).
I dont like him, he's typical ****y spoilt essex lad, but if he makes good fights on a consistent basis ill be happy.
There could be a video of him "entertaining" farm animals & he'd sit down with kugan & somehow convince us it's perfectly reasonable & the new way forward
Yeah I like Hearn. I think he’s a decent guy and is obviously pretty entertaining. I do enjoy it when things don’t go to plan for him though. For example it’s always brilliant seeing his reaction when Joshua loses.
Claimed he was "mates" with a World welterweight champ. Got his "mate" a fight with one of the hardest hitting middleweights of all time and watched his "mate" get his face smashed in. A few years later his "mate" arranged a fight in the States. Was that upset that he didn't manage to get one cent out of it, he has fallen out with his "mate". What a guy.
