Joyce also beat Takam and Jennings. Sanchez would be a good win, but not something that would catapult him up the rankings based on his current body of work.

Also factor in whyte has been wilders mandatory for about 5 years now and nevee got to fight him
But the minute fury gets the bests there is all talk a fight needs to be agree within 100 days.
Fury should drop the belt, it means nothing, let the bronze dosser fight for his second rate american level belt again

    This really is strange.
WBC usually demands as minimum 1 title defense during 12 months.
Might see this flowchart on Garry Russel Jr activity: he is WBC 126 lbs? division champion and fights approx 1X per 1 year during 5 years in row.

Fury vs Wilder had been recently, and if we know how long are negotiations in modern HW pro boxing.

Its strange until you accept they are a pro american bum organisation that have protected wilder since they gifted him the title when people wanted to see wladimir fight for it

They gifted Wilder the title shot after gifting Stiverne, who struggled badly with an old Ray Austin in a "title eliminator", a guy who lost his fight prior to that and was demolished in one round by Klitschko. Stiverne only got a crack because Sulaiman and Don King, Stiverne's promoter at the time, still play slap-azz with one another.

You’re right. I can see them making Fury Super Champ to make Wilder champ again.

No Joshua I see, maybe this was before he lost the belts to Usyk.

But then why no Usyk? Chisora is 12th and Usyk beat him.

According to the WBC website Joshua isn't eligible for ranking because he's WBO, WBA, IBF champion.

But then they say Usyk isn't eligible for also being WBA champion or more accurately WBA Super champion which is the status you get for being a unified champion.

So they've conveniently some how created a situation where both Usyk and Joshua are currently unified heavyweight champions to justify not including them in their rankings, lol.

I must say that their rankings are easily the best of any of the sanctioning bodies.

He wasn't mandatory, he was ranked #1 for ages but turned down multiple eliminators because he's an idiot.

If Parker beats Chisora, I'd say Parker should be number 1 and Joyce 2 as they'd both have recent wins over Takam and Chisora, which is better than beating Arreola or having no wins at all.

Right now it should be -

    Fury
    Whyte
    1. Joyce
    2. Parker
    3. Ruiz
    4. Wilder

No, these are the brand new post Fury-Wilder III and Usyk-Joshua rankings.

Joshua should be in there. Wilder should not be #1 after two stoppage losses. Ortiz is way too high.

Good to see talented up-and-coming fighters like Makhmudov and Sanchez there though.
