Good on Wallin. Whyte should step up and prove it. Its a fair and reasonable request on Wallins part.

This was a voluntary fight....Whyte doesn't have to prove ish. Beside Fury is the more lucrative and tougher fight, I'd fake an injury too.

Even if there was nothing on the MRI there would be no way of suing him as they cant prove he doesn't have an injury.

It'd be so funny if the WBC called this fight as a final eliminator now.

Honestly they've made a right balls up of this. Why announce Whyte has a shot at Fury before the Wallin fight. Asking for trouble.

Dr Shaw Hi has come out and said that Whyte does indeed have a small tear in his right shoulder.

Told to rests for 2 months.

Hard to dislike White tbf, he has that lovable London street thug vibe

Plus he is an entertaining gatekeeper/perma bridesmaid type in the hw ranks

Whyte has fought decent opposition and been in some very good fights. I like Whyte.

I'm not a massive fan of Wallin. Quite a boring arm-punchy style and looks to punch even lighter than Hughie Fury. Decent heart and boxing brain though. Looks willing to fight anyone.

Whyte's the much bigger draw. Much more exciting fighter due to his power and vulnerabilities. More likely to spring an upset against the top guys than Wallin, who'll at most give them a harder than expected night's work but lose on points.

But yeah, this injury looks remarkably suspect. Wallin's well within his rights to demand proof. And if it turns out to have been fake then Whyte needs to hang his peanut head in shame and recite the entirety of I Am The Very Model Of A Modern Major General by heart, three times, with no pauses to look confused.

I would actually be surprised if there really was a shoulder injury.
Fat chance the Whyte guy will come up with proof, as I really think it is made up to get the big money/big reward fight with Fury, instead of the little money/little reward fight with Wallin.

    I 100% agree with Otto.

But the forum never ceases to make me laugh. The forum demands proof for Whyte's shoulder injury, yet took Povetkin and his management's word to the bank re: Covid, without any evidence whatsoever.

"He could barely walk to the ring" (Hilarious) :risas3:

"He could barely walk up the steps to the weigh-in" (my favourite) :risas3:

"He had no balance due to Covid" (He had poor balance in the previous bout, too, without the apparent Covid, yet knocked Whyte clean out after being down twice)

Whyte’s B sample was never found after the positive A sample, so I doubt any proof will be found about the injury.

Whyte is terrible, a cheater, ducking glass chinned gatekeeper who abuses boxing politics to its core.
Fury knocking him out in Manchester is a good fight.
