    Had a skim through his new book. If you can try and forget the words are coming from Bellew - or even worse, stop yourself from reading it in his voice - it's a pretty good insight into a boxer's mindset imo.

    Bellew has been hiding since 4.45 this afternoon when he got wind that there may be a demolition in Manchester - he is refusing to come out from behind the sofa, has cut the cables to his satellite dish and router while refusing to take any calls on his phone.

    Hopefully he gets upstairs safely to his wife and kids before the night is out.

    The poor guy wants to be left alone even though the city is singing YNWA.

    All joking aside I honestly do pray Tony Bellew simply gets home to his wife and kids.

    they must drag him kicking and screaming to every live sporting event under the sun.
