Even without modern training just modern nutrition from a young age they'd all probably be taller. Humans have been progressively getting taller and most believe that's down to the greater availability of food and therefore better nutrition. For our generation who grew up with an abundance of food it's probably hard to believe less than a century ago many would have grown up without enough food to eat, especially those from poorer back grounds which most boxers come from.
Don't see how putting on shitloads of lean mass would help any boxers tbh ... cutting steroids are more likely to get used to help people make weight without leaving them weak....or clen for dropping weight fast and helping with stamina issues.... Imagining George foreman on test n dbol just seems hilarious and ridiculous.....he'd probably lose power from being bulkier and what little speed he had. Size n mass isn't everything... Look at Tua... natty.... 220 pound.... absolute wrecking ball....fast and explosive.....gains mass until be hits 250 pounds..slow as **** and not half the fighter
On the flip side of that, modern men have steadily decreased in testosterone levels. Some people theorize it's from all the plastics and stuff causing, or possibly its because we as whole are fatter due to this abundance of food.
If Inoue went on the juice, he could rule as high as cruiser. We know the samurai spirit/code would allow no such cheating/shortcuts though.
Not necessarily, since we'd still be talking about a bell curve in both cases. More salient is the fact that modern fighters get their testosterone synthetically to whatever level they want, so the difference in population testosterone levels is probably irrelevant.
And about 50% as much as the guy using and training. You won't find one study of any human male gaining thirty-three pounds in muscle tissue from "roids" without an S&C program attached. Many of us here take it for granted that Deontay Wilder received some, ahem, assistance in boosting his weight by around nineteen pounds over the last two years (prior to which he'd been weighing in around the same number as a young George Foreman, having abandoned an earlier experimental flirtation with the 230 mark), and we know he was employing weight training from various documentary insights that were released. I mean, you can attempt to defend that post if you must, but bear in mind it also said Foreman on "roids would be 250 pounds and lean" and Foreman would be a "a natural 250 pounder" in the same paragraph, so it's pretty much indefensible. Seeing as you basically cloned the other guy's reply, refer to the above. I won't hold my breath on the "modern training" bit.
Everyone you mention would be better than every heavyweight now. Maybe Fury would still be in the mix
