Hey everyone!, i'm new to this subject so don't judge . I'm about to start my first boxing classes, and I want to know how to maximize the efficiency of my training. Like diets, exercises to do when not at the gym etc... I'd love to hear what you guys have done when you first your boxing classes as well. Thanks alot!
Start running and tighten up your core every thing is 10 times easyer when you do both of those things regularly.
How'd it go? Come in Half an hourly and ask your trainer to do some agility ladder drills with you. As for my first lesson they made me stand Infront of a mirror and practice the punches over and over again for about a fortnight.
