I like Bakole, I really do but I think Yoka beats him up, hope I'm wrong though. If it's happens I wish Bakole and Billy Nelson all the best, will be cheering him on but Yoka is all wrong for him in my opinion.
I'm quietly hopeful, we will see, but one thing is for sure he won't take any crap and that's what's needed, some of those players need a kick in the face amd some need kicking out the club and Conte will do it because he gives zero F's.
I think Yoka absolutely leathers him from the outside. I’ve never been impressed with Bakole, just nothing really does it for me. I don’t think he does anything great, and is probably lacking in skills compared to the best in the division.
Looks like a lot of people are overrating Yoka's offensive skills in this thread. He looks bang average to me. Bakole is not great himself, so I think it will be an evenly matched and fairly competitive contest.
We know Bakole’s ceiling by now having seen him in against Hunter and this confirmed against Kuzmin. Yoka does him on points or a late stoppage
I'd be surprised and very pleased if this happens as it's a great, competitive fight the kind we need to see a lot more of. Of the two Yoka has been more disappointing so far considering the early hype, I've watched him a number of times and he has looked uninspiring, a skillful but boring fighter content to take it easy in fights. He is tall but doesn't look to be the strongest or most robust heavyweight. I get the feeling if he may crumble quite quickly under effective pressure from a big puncher. To me he just looks vulnerable. The feeling I get from watching him is that he doesn't appear to be well suited to the pro ranks. He also seemingly refuses to fight outside of France which has so far not helped him at all. If I had to make a prediction, considering this fight is also supposed to be in Paris I would reluctantly pick Yoka to win via a close points decision. I think he can just about outbox Martin Bakole on home soil. Bakole should look to start quickly, just go for it and try to test his chin...best chance he's got. For what it's worth I think Yoka would get destroyed by Hrgovic who despite his poor opposition so far and lack of progress has genuine top level power and can stop anyone.
Yoka can fight at a good pace for 12 rounds (probably due to PED's) and Martin is out of shape, can see him getting bashed up with the jab and stopped late. Hope he can test Yoka's chin though its still a winnable fight for him.
Very high ceiling as Hunter is a very good fighter and Bakole looked one punch away from stopping him more than once in the fight.
