It’s actually quite scary to think of being in that situation 9 rounds into a championship fight against Canelo, you’re spent, feeling the power, and have got the unmerciful ib4ib no1 prowling like a savage predator with bad intentions. It was as if he tried to play it like a glorified sparring contest in which he can sweet talk his way out of being KO’d instead of outright quitting.

I said this in the other thread but I maintain it felt off It was way to relaxed a conversation to be part of just fight talking, this felt different.
It felt like Caleb resigned to the fact that Canelo was superior and that it was an honor to be in the ring with him. While Canelo was being gracious but still meant business. Very unique moment for us fans for sure.
