Very Bleak Times for The Ingle Gym. Is the Ingle Gym finished?

You've done this list before under a different moniker. It's hilarious how you add defeats from before they went to the Ingles and then some from after they'd left - several years in Flashy Fazeldin's case.

 

You've done this list before under a different moniker. One was banned for recreational drugs years after he'd trained at Ingles. There wasn't a case against another . The other wasn't banned here and the WBO lifted his suspension and reinstated him as no.1 contender.
Many other gyms have had far longer UKAD bans than the one you're highlighting.

 

He looked at him with complete distain aswell, the bloke had just been stretched for goodness sake. Awful.

 

4 children who had never laced gloves on before went all the way to become World champions. Name another gym where that happened once?
2 others trained there as children and became World champions.
Another had his entire pro career there and became World champion.

Ingle is a weird guy and definitely a bully. The first thing he said to Barry in the corner after the first KD was "****ing idiot".

 

Galahad would probably agree with that comment. It was very lax of Galahad, with the skill set he has got, to get caught like he did. I should imagine Dom Ingle was pissed off that Galahad allowed it to happen. Boxing’s is a hard game, don’t expect sympathy, especially at that level. Big up to Kiko though. He took a really hard fight on and won in style.

 

lol, absolutely brutal isn’t it. I mean you would never hear the best trainers in our country that, let alone worldwide.

 

That gym has produced some really successful boxers no can argue with that mate. Naz was incredible and I loved watching his career. Liked RR early doors too. Bad match making screwed him.

 

Naz signed me a pair of replica shorts recently. They are framed in my home office. He was brilliant. Proper box office attraction, not like the supposedly PPV boxers of the last few years….mentioning no names…..Whyte, Chisora and crappy Bellew etc

 

I wouldnt say they are completely done, but certainly the best days are behind them. The glory days are a thing of the past.

 

The gym itself isn't, as I assume it still serves as a positive influence in that community. Bt the trademark Ingle style -- hands down, retreating in straight lines with the chin in the air -- isn't at all practical due to only a very select few fighters having the ability, reflexes footwork and punch resistance to pull it off.

 

And Bradley Skeete already got got by Lejarraga a good while back. His chin is cracked.

 

Every time I hear the name Dom Ingle I remember him trying to drink from a water bottle in the ring while forgetting he was wearing 1 of those visor type masks , great stuff!!
