Johnson was very lucky to get away with a points win in his last fight and really looked a fighter who has aged badly over the past 2 years. Cannot see past Smith unless Johnson was either ill or injured going into his last fight.
Johnson is the better boxer for sure and could break Joe Smith down and stop him But in terms of the balls deep power stakes, Smith has him on toast. I cannot see Johnson not getting reckless at some point, getting caught and it being fight over
This has been a fantasy fight of mine for a while, let's hope Callum can do it but either way I think it's going to be a cracker, probably a short one too!
Yeah I don't see this going past 6. Both can really bang but unfortunately I think Johnson's inactivity will be to his detriment. Hope I'm wrong though.
No surprise really. Turned down Dirrell and Saunders in the past and had a crap resume before selling his belts to Canelo.
Be the best shoot out of the year imo. Johnson has a real chance but my gut feeling is he will get stopped. Would not surprise me if im wrong. Fancy both fighters to hit the canvas at some point.
If this was on the back of the Beterbiev loss you'd fancy him. He's looked a bit shot in his last 2 performances it has to be said. Last roll of the dice for him, maybe he's got one big performance left in the tank.
