Genuine question here re whyte....For weeks now we've listened to Eddie & Frank Smith smugly tell anyone with a microphone the wbc would this week order fury to defend against whyte, Now that didn't happen Eddie appears to be saying the legal route was always the preferred option as "goalposts can't then be moved" if that's true why so much hot air pre-empting what the wbc would do only for the opposite to happen? What am I missing here?

I totally get you, but you will know as well as me that... it's boxing.

The best thing is just to wait until a fight is announced and the PPV mugths are on their knees.

Boxing is governed in such a hilarious way.

LOL I think you have a grossly convoluted perception of what "Civil" is. Honestly...British Forum is full of irrational comments towards professional fighters, out there working their arses off. This is a wind up right?

I am as civil as a human being can be when you approach me correctly. If you're going to start off with trolling and vulgarism like

"Oh your boy got starched hahahaha, look at this video clip, DILIAN SUCKS".

Then obviously I will give as good as I get on the vulgarity spectrum. If you approach instead with -

"Aydamn, don't you feel that Dillian is lacking in the agility department? He is all over the place at times"

Then of course I can respond with a civil, rational comment like something along the lines of:

"Yes, I agree Dave. It's his lack of boxing pedigree. His footwork is real sloppy!"

Indeed, in addition to your comment RT7 it is also very difficult to prove who is using an alt account, and who isn't.

Gosh, if only there was a legitimate way to prove it! We'd burn them all at the stake.

He never left bud. He just left that particular account dormant and carried on under another guise cos the starring act in his wet dreams got bingo'd and he had no backbone for the inevitable ribbing he was gonna get.

Remember that time he accidentally quoted himself then had a back and forth with one of his alts? Pure comedy

Bob Arum has just confirmed Frank has reserved the Millennium Stadium and if Whyte is still going on with the legal stuff they’ll fight Joe Joyce there instead.

Win win for fans. I'd say Joyce is the tougher fight.

Be a great fight. Both got great engines, Joyce has an iron chin and Fury incredible powers of recovery.

Lads there is no way fury will duck whyte and face Joyce.
    No chance in hell .
Joyce is a nightmare for him , Whyte is the easier and more lucrative fight

Joyce was meant to have been destroyed by Fury in sparring pre Wilder 2. No wonder they seem so keen to go that route.
