Vitaly had injuries to the knees, back and shoulder, and at 46, they will not have gotten better.

Stay retired, Vitali. The ship has sailed.

if he were to come back ....I think he would do better than most would think...and not as well as many would hope. Enjoy retirement there is nothing to prove. I am a fan of both Klitschko brothers.

Vitali has been out too long and had injuries before retiring. Vlad has a better chance but not against the top two.

Well, he's WBC emeritus champion, which means he can come back straight into a title shot.

    He shouldn't do that.

Ask Jim Jeffries how that works...Oh I forgot, Jack Johnson killed him after a 5-6 yr layoff.

Maybe a world leaders fighting championship? Although I see Sleepy Joe "pitter patter" Biden getting in and out all night with some 1940s technique on his way to an SD.

The thing I don't get about threads like this is, why would anyone want it? We have two fine champs in Usyk and Fury who hopefully fight each other. Usyk has an intriguing rematch with Joshua coming up. Whyte has his fans and is going to get a shot eventually, and when all the garbage cycles of the the division, we should be pushing for Gassiev, Wallin, Sanchez, Sirenko, Hrgovic, Joyce, Mahkmudov, Jalalov, Hunter etc.

Lots of good fights out there, if we just have the courage to demand that promotors leave the retreads behind.
