Why is there no film on Harry Greb?

Because he never existed.

Many films were plundered for their silver content during World War 2, Greb was probably a casualty.

 

Yes, if its only six confirmed times he's been filmed, then that really doesn't hold out much hope.
There were a boat load of coronation st episodes filmed in the early 60 s that have now being wiped, gone forever. Same as a lot of Top of the pops from then.
I know they used to just record over lot of the tape back then, never thinking of saving for the future, but still.. It's a very slim chance that anyone thought, wow, this is spectacular, we need to save this for the grandkids.
