After his embarrassing and vile outburst at the faux presser the other day has made the mainstream. Both Tyson and Tommy were embarrassed BT were embarrassed and to be fair i think most people watching it were embarrassed. Will BT now drop John as a pundit i hope so the guy is absolute tool.
My younger self would have found him hilarious but he's just another mouthpiece riding their more talented son's coat tails. Would love to see him and Jake Paul in the same room though, think Jake knows that will never happen.
I've never understood why he's involved at all. A thug with no boxing past or journalism skills so what is he doing on TV other than leaching off his kids?
Would be absolutely stunned if BT or any other channel use him again as a pundit. I found the presser quite funny, water off a ducks back and all that. Jake will give it them back, no doubt.
It’s great shock and awe promotion for the fight - but completely inappropriate for an organisation like BT to be associated with.
What happened? All I saw of it was when Jake Paul said "suck my dick" and John Fury said "you haven't got a dick to suck". I don't think anything can lower the tone of a "Jake Paul versus Tommy Fury" fight anyway. How has it come to the point where a subscription sports channel would give a celebrity/novelty match airtime? The standards of what counts as broadcast-worthy legit boxing has dropped at an alarming rate in recent years.
