Makabu walked Mchunu down and stopped him in the 11th the first time they fought. The fight is on youtube for anyone that is interested and was a pretty good battle with Mchunu winning the early rounds and Makabu slowly taking over with his physical strength and body work. Since that fight I think Mchunu has improved but he is somewhat inactive. Watching the first fight, it is clear that Mchunu is capable of winning rounds with his boxing ability but I just don't see him doing it for a full 12 and I like Makabu's greater strength and pressure.
Some evil part of me wants to permaban you for this. But seriously, this is an abhorrent post. You've been on this site for 11 years, how in the actual **** could you never have heard of either of them? I mean, there's only been 75 threads dedicated to Makabu over the last decade and 43 to Mchunu. It does seem like you might have seen one by accident and moseyed on in to give it a quick perusal. I mean, you didn't happen to hear about Mchunu when he was an opponent for Usyk a few years back,or how about when he retired ATG Cruiserweight Denis Lebedev 2 years back? Does Makabu getting violently KTFO by Tony Bellew ring a bell? Or how about Makabu vs. Mchunu, which was literally the Holy ****ing Grail on here for almost a year, with several of us, including IB, Serge and myself, desperately searching for clips of it on YouTube for months on end, for it finally appear, and after all of that build up... STILL DELIVER, and end up being one of the best matches of the year in 2015. In the words of Sleepy Joe, "Come on man!"
Two quality fighters that it's no surprise a rube like you would never have heard of. Now GTFO this thread.
