The man has less than 20 fights and has 2 losses. He has the skills to be an ATG but his resume is lacking. His amateur record is meaningless in determining whether he is an ATG and his professional record is not ATG level at this time.
Lopez just lost to a big underdog in Kambosos so that makes Lomachenkos loss to him much worse. However it would be partly undone if he becomes undisputed. At that point you would have to make him at ATG but still not on the level of a Chavez, aDe La Hoya, a Mayweather, or a Whitaker and most certainly not a Pacquiao. H2H he's a nightmare for (almost) anyone at 126 and 130 and would be somehwhat troublesome for any ATG Lightweight not named Duran
I would say his amateur record is meaningless. I would also say that the number of fights he has is not as important as the quality of wins. For example let's say he fought in the eighties with the same number of fights but beat all of the fab four plus Aaron Pryor and Arguello. Very few people would say he wasn't an atg. That being said to me he is a high level hall of famer and a few good fights from being a low level atg. He might just become an atg or some wins might look better and he won't need more fights. This is why we judge fighters after they retire. To the foreign gentleman who says hof and atg don't matter to the former imperialist nations of Europe, I will say that we are answering the original question. The question is if Loma is an atg yes or no. No one asked if the former imperialist nations of Europe care. And just for your info in Latin America we care. You can read articles from Puerto Rico, Mexico, Argentina, etc about atgs.
Another thing I'd like some input on, since our foreign friend said that Europeans don't care about hof or atg, from our British friends. I know your nation is not part of the EU, but since you are a short distance from France (people swim the English channel every year), are you or do consider yourselves European. If so you then maybe you can inform me as to weather this foreign gentleman is correct and you don't care about atgs/hofs. I defer to you as you know invented the modern sport of boxing (Queensbury rules).
if he was legit injured vs teo, where it was critical to his performance, then he can still become atg. providing he is whole now. regain titles and beat tank and you got a whole new atg feeling career.
Oh! I see Surrix is on a notable shaming outlet right here. Emperor Palpatine begs you to let it flow through you!
I voted no but my opinion is more a not sure or maybe Hes very skilled and could probably beat a lot of very good to great fighters of the past
