In terms of pure h2h skill is Floyd the best in the past 20-30 years? If not who’s better?

It'd between him and Whitaker since 1990 IMO. I don't think Pac and Jones were quite as good as those two.

Those are definitely the top four, though.

RJJ vs Floyd at a magic catch weight would be a hell of a fight. 158.75 lbs cus it's Floyd

That’s what thought. Whitaker was better than Jones during the 90s and h2h Floyd is better than pac.

I think he would have been the GOAT if he beat Pac when it mattered. And GGG at MW. I think he would have won both.

But he didn’t. ATG fighter but not GOAT.

He's certainly in the same league as Sweet Pea and RJJ at their best.

Always thought prime Mark Too Sharp Johnson was a force H2H as well, even if he didn't have the resume as those 3. He was crazy good in his prime and a very skilled operator who wasn't able to get the good fights that mattered. Him and Finito Lopez were near unbeatable at their weight classes in the 90s.

From 1991-2021 (30 years) I'd say in terms of pure h2h "skill", Sweet Pea was.

If we're talking about the best, period, I'd say Roy was (Roy's skillset was a lil lesser but his attributes made up for it)

Yeah he's the best alright... At cherrypicking and card stacking

Actually wait no that's Canelo, but Floyd is right behind him
