It is of course sad with that postponement, but nice that the fight goes ahead.

Didn't see rhe reason why but glad it's refixed for early next year.
As someone posted earlier, it's a great start to 2022

It's a good beginning Sky Sports has to the new year. Eubank Jr. vs. Williams in january, Brook vs. Khan and Josh Taylor title defense in February.

I was thinking the same thing, despite the obvious issues with Brook vs Khan it's a very good lineup of fights for Jan and Feb which are typically awful months for boxing, with close to nothing going on.

Mid Dec to late Jan is not much of a delay at all, and I'm glad the fight is still going ahead re-scheduling was the best possible outcome as it's a very good fight which most people are looking forward to.

January tends to be a long sad period, but Sky Sports can really use the month to build the fight between Eubank Jr. and Williams up to a big event. I cross my fingers that all 3 events Sky has lined up in the beginning of 2022 all will be settled.

Quite a coincidence that his shoulder injury and the trainer change happened at the same time!

Agree. Sky Sports is going to do really well. Think about when Top Rank will start bringing some of their big names to the UK during 2022 on the Sky platform.
