Haney comes across as a likable guy. He knows he has the talent and yeah he talks a bit, but so did Floyd. The fact is Haney is probably the next kingpin of boxing. Most people know it, even the haters. Too fast, too skilled. He shows a lot of wrinkles in there. I see some Floyd, I see some Hopkins. I think Haney will easily UD Diaz and then destroy Kambosos. He beats Kambosos 10 out of 10 times. This next fight is the fight that will turn the haters to fans. I hope DAZN keeps him on for commentary too. He knows the game of showbiz and how to get people interested, like when he did this interview: This content is protected
Manufactured, American hype job is Haney. Talking about followers like a 12 year old girl! Kam batters him, IMHO. He beat a better fighter in Teo. Garcia KO's him.
I like Haney, but I think hes too soft spoken to be Kingpin, and people will never let the Email belt situation go. If he fights Rambo Kambo Ima be pulling for the Aussie TBH. 10 of 10? I don't know about that, DH has a sus Chin and is yet to prove his heart the way GKJ did against TL. Haney probably has the better skills but GKJ looks like he can Bang a bit and isn't scared to stand in the pocket.
Americans get a hard time by thinking they are very good. But they haven't being proving p4p superiority for along time.
Eddie Hearn has his strings on him Which must mean he's manufactured like all of Eddie's soon to be non existent roster.
He is not likeable he is another young deluded kid like the rest of the supposed new 4 kings. They all wanna be treated like Floyd without doing the work that Floyd did. It's like they think Floyd just randomly got the Delahoya fight and became an instant star. Floyd was taking scalps left and right before he became Money Mayweather. I think social media and too many yes men trying to pump these guys up has had a severe negative effect on boxing. The stars of the generation before like Floyd and Manny actually were multi weight champions who fought the best before they became A side shot callers.
Because he got his belt out of a wheaties box and not against a champion, how the **** is he gona beat george in Australia? Surely your smart enough to know he has to knock george out just to get a draw in Australia? George stops him late in the fight, you heard it here first, underestimate george at your peril, he is just getting started.
If he beats Jojo(No certainty), then he has a pretty respectable record for a guy who literally just turned 23. Its not like hes tiptoeing his way to a record.
racist fighter with a racist fanbase, boring style with zero punching power, huge for his weight class
He's good but he has GRJ energy. I see him doing a few big things over the next handful of years and then settling in to a long run of one mediocre opponent per year. What's his motivation to keep fighting once the bank account is full?
