Hello, i have been seing your posts around here for the last week. Well, today is the international day of persons with disabilities, so i wanted to celebrate this special day of yours.

Does anyone know where Shadow, Olu and Moonlight are? Gotta celebrate them as well. Too bad mods banned that Whyte guy before I could celebrate him as well.

Sorry, I’ll take actual news sources over your guesswork.

    https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/boxing/gennady-golovkins-100m-world-title-25581521

And I was wrong, It wasn’t reported to be the biggest fight since Tyson/Douglas, It was reported to be even bigger than that.

You're taking a news source of a news source.

"The fight, worth a reported £100million"

Reported by who? Youre not silly enough to believe they are going to split a £100M purse are you?

Ask your self what Inoue got when he fought the Flash. A google search says around $2m. . He a much bigger attraction in Japan than Murata.

Also whats Murata's net worth? A google search says $1.5m.. But he can generate fights worth $150M??? Get real. Think instead of believing whats printed in the Red Tops

And other thing , the wining bid for Murata - Brant being a measly $200K isn't guesswork , its a fact.. $150M?!! LOL

Depressing. Japan has gone overboard with this latest variant, which from all accounts is less harmful than Delta.

If you read the article instead of googling Murata’s purses to disprove it, you’d know the answer “reported by who”. It was stated by the promoter in charge with an exact number “15 billion yen”.

I never said I believed the fighter’s would share the $150m, It could be the estimated amount to be shared by all the parties, fighters, promoters, network. It may or may not be an exaggaration, that’s why I specifically mentioned “reported to be” in my previous posts. But regardless of their net worths, It’s not far fetched at all that to believe that Murata is bigger than Inoue in Japan as an olympic gold medalist, one of the only 3 that Japan ever had one of which is a lady from last olympics.

I also clearly remember journalists like Steve Kim, Doug Fischer saying for years(since 2017) that a GGG/Murata would be huge in Japan. One thing for sure is the GGG/Murata is without the shadow of a doubt, unequivocally a more lucrative fight than Jaime “Rosado conquerer” Munguia, in addition to being a unification.

I heard it before too but no data or evidence was ever produced to back it up. Only speculation and rumour . If you crunch the numbers that figure doesn't add up and is totally unrealistic.

I see no reason to assume he's the biggest draw in Japan either when Inoue fought in Saitama Super Arena - the second largest indoor arena in the world. It goes without saying he's a much bigger star in the sport of boxing that Murata is

I don't know why you guys are arguing about money.

The fight is a big fight and it would have drawn a lot of national interest inside japan. Murata is an Olympian and there is a lot of national pride surrounding him.

It's a big money fight. That's all that matters. Both fighters were going to get paid very well.

The postponement is a disappointment. GGG is getting older by the day and this could very well be his last fight.

Postomped? For ****'s sake. GGG will be as old as Santa Claus and can't afford delays and inactivity. Can the promoters work their magic and move this fight elsewhere or scrap it all together and get GGG another solid opponent early next year. Murata was a pointless fight anyways. GGG falling off the face of the earth and trying to fight in countries that he has no business in. What is he the B-side now, lol.
