Lyndon Arthur vs. Anthony Dwayne Duncan Yarde II & Hamzah Sheeraz vs. Bradley Skeete RBR.

That's Arthur's career defining fight, career defining moment, right there, shame but that's his peak. He didn't look good on the scales, he didn't look good on the night.

 

I thought Arthur was really disappointing tonight. Just a minor thing but I follow him on IG right up until last night he was liking stupid **** on blog pages and I’m just thinking this guy ain’t focused.

Yarde should just fight like that all the time. There’s no point pacing himself and allowing himself to get schooled.

He was as focused as he gets. He just isn't that good. He's not got it mentally, doesn't have self confidence, said it loads of times

 

Easy to say now but I just think he caught Yarde on a bad night - he’d gone through personal stuff with family members dying etc. Introduction of James Cook will have no doubt played a part in Yarde’s vastly improved performance.

 

What a poor stoppage. The BT commentary was embarrassing. Actually want to see Johnson/Buatsi/Smith to beat Yarde now after hearing that crap

 

He should have got the decision against Kash Ali and Adeleye also. Proper fighting man.

 

Did you see a second of protest from Arthur?

He was broken down,.and yes he could have continued, but he knew what was coming and he didn't want it

I had a feeling Yarde had a bit of a off night first time round. Bad stoppage but I thought Arthur looked shook from the start and was only going to be a matter of time

il give you that, maybe the stoppage wasn’t as awful as I thought in the moment. The other 2 points well and truly stand - commentary was awful and he doesn’t win against any of those 3 unless Johnson has a big KO next month

I decided to FOOLISHLY waste my fun bet money on the skeete Vs sheraz fight. Neither fighter I'd watched before. I just seen skeete dominating and sheraz looking clueless and bet it all on skeete at th start of round five. Lost it all. Then my main event pick who I'd been tipping for weeks easily wins. Annoying to say the least
