Well, yeah - and Chuko isn't the kind of foe where you should be making hyperbolic statements after he's defeated, no matter the manner or dominance. He's the sort of basic and straightforward blank canvas upon whom someone can paint a masterpiece and make themselves resemble a million dollar ATG even if they end up in truth barely even becoming a fringe contender. Average power, average chin, average work rate, average speed, average... pretty much everything, and comes forward obligingly. If you can't find a way to look good against that (assuming he doesn't clip you with something unexpected or drag you into a brawl and/or cut you open), you're no prospect.
