What He'll be lucky to even do much at domestic level. He's absolutely crap. You must be a delusional, biased fellow pakistani. A semi-retired old Bradley Skeete was levels above outclassing for the vast majority of the fight ,embarrassed him, gave him a boxing lesson. He had to resort to illegal shots to win the fight. If you're struggling to beat Bradley Skeete then you definitely aren't getting anywhere near world level.
This content is protected True what pharmacist Dom is saying. No point in investing in Sheeraz if he can't even beat Skeete fairly,All the domestic 154 guys would destroy him.
wasn’t skeete a light welter back in the day? reminded me a bit of ajisafe vs Bellew except Bellew chose to fight the way he did where as sheeraz was just crap…
Dom is right on the money here. No point in such a robbery given if he can’t even beat a semi retired blown up Skeete without illegal low blows. Then he isn’t going anywhere in the sport. It’s a waste of time and money for the promoter quiet frankly. Dom has his business brain on.
Sheeraz is a massive hype job, he will do nothing and be remembered first and foremost for Saturday, and not in a good way.
Sheeraz had figured Skeete out and was starting to unload before the incident. Dom is trying to pull a fast one and pretend that Brad would have definately survived without the floor shots which is very debatable. Skeete was not pushed to the ground, he was cracked and hurt and Hamzah would still have been unloading on him anyway. A rematch is in order, but if Warren as I suspect isn’t interested, we will all have forgotten about this soon anyway. Skeete will no doubt get more work from one of the promoters.
Do you think if you take away the punch to the back of the head that put Skeete down and the two illegal ones that he landed on Skeete when he was down Skeete would have still fought the same way and been in the same condition? It's clear as day what should have happened, he landed two shots when his opponent was clearly on the floor, a cowardly act. At the very least it's a NC but it should be a DQ because he knew what he was doing, it wasn't like the Martinez one where he was just so caught up in battering Edwards, who offered nothing on the night, that he just accidentally landed one when he was down, Sheeraz did that out of frustration because he was losing. This is just going to make the schoolings he receives, like the one he was on Saturday until he cheated, that much sweeter.
If Skeete was hit on the back of the head it was because he turned away, when Sheeraz was unloading. It was a clean knock down and Bradley was badly hurt. Nobody knows how hard the floor shots were and whether Skeete could have survived - what we do know is he was hurt and in for more stick anyway. However, I have no issue if it gets called a NC or whatever and I am happy to see that Sheeraz has offered the rematch. Only he knows whether it was malicious, but I think he got caught up in the moment. Anyway, Bradley gets his rematch and hopefully a bigger purse next time, which is great news.
I think Sheeraz could quite clearly see that Skeete was on the floor, he swung three times for him when he was grounded, three times, he connected twice. He was explained the rules before the fight, you can't do that, it's a DQ all night for me. Once you can maybe let someone off but he's swung three times, he's stood over him, leaning down to strike him.
