50/50 fight skill-wise but i don't think Garcia is mentally prepared to face him. Garcia is probably more into that Youtube and Social Media stuff at this point than boxing. So i'd go with Tank via Decision.

Garcia isn't 100% dedicated to the sport right now........ even his hombre Canelo recently came out and said it publicly.
Tank was somewhat exposed when he stepped up a tiny level. He hasn't beaten anyone at the level of Campbell let alone Garcia. I'd say for now Garcia is rightly a big favourite, but if Tank gets a decent win under his belt we'll see how it goes.
