Lennox Lewis vs. Riddick Bowe.

Lewis wins before the fight even starts as Bowe was clearly affected mentally by the loss in the Olympics to Lewis. I'm sure it would be competitive but Bowe isn't as good when it's against someone of similar size and I bet Lewis was physically stronger. Safe bet is Lewis by decision but if he really wanted too he could possibly stop Bowe.

 

Lewis would depart the contest by stoppage in the mid to late rounds

 

Lennox Lewis via brutal KO. Bowe was very badly hurt by Holyfield, who I don't think hit as hard as Lewis.

 

Lewis wins this nine times out of 10.

 

Do you think that was Futch? Or maybe Newman?

 

It's damn shame boxing fans were robbed of this. It was a perfect matchup. Almost Central Casting. Both 6-5, both 230ish, both had skillset, both had power.
Today though between the two of them only one can sleep at nite. It ain't Bowe.

 

Pre-Manny Stewart I would favour Bowe at his best but Lewis with Manny Stewart knocks Bowe out.

 

Steward claimed Futch admitted it to him so if you accept that it's Futch i guess. Perhaps it was both.

 

Futch said he never wanted the fight.Newman was an ass.
