I believe Marciano/Spinks would be a very close fight, gonna go with Marciano by close decision but Spinks could win too. Interesting opinion about Baer possibly beating him, I can potentially see that but it's really hard to go against Rocky when it comes to him against any World Champion that came before him not named Joe Louis. I lean more towards Rocky than I do Frazier in a fantasy fight. Both were warriors but Frazier's durability was not as good as Rocky's and was vulnerable to getting hurt by guys like Mamuel Ramos. The size/skill isn't that big of a difference and while Rocky could easily lose on cuts I think he could potentially stop Frazier in later rounds. I agree with the guys that you said demolish other than Johnson and Dempsey who I see Marciano knocking out. I do think Ali and Holmes would beat Marciano but I don't think it would be completely one sided affairs.
Marciano was on the verge of being stopped on cuts in two fights, against Keene Simmons and Ezzard Charles in their second fight, its very probable both fights would have been stopped today. What no comments about the size of my genitalia ? Perhaps you are tired? If I told you what you seem like to me I would not be here tomorrow that much is certain!
You’re tiny genitalia is really none of my Concern. You bragging about having six pages of commentary on a post is typical of very low self esteem beta male individual. Hence the comment. Hopefully we can keep it to boxing but it’s highly unlikely considering your past history.
Really? A reigning champion has still never been stopped on a cut in heavyweight history. never happens. Even now.
You need to read the quotes from the two referee's who officiated in those fights. They can be found in Everett Skehan's bio of Marciano. ps The Simmons fight was prior to Marciano winning the title. Got anymore stories about Southpaw Nick Wells over hand right stopping Holmes?lol
Wasn't it you who first raised the subject of my genitals? YES ? NO? You're getting confused again, either I have low self esteem or I am a braggart , the two are not mutually compatible.Which is it? ps It's a thread not a post.might I enquire when we will next see one originating from you? Or,are you content to swim along behind those who make the effort to raise subjects for discussion , a sad ,sullen ,little remora fish? NB 7 pages.lol
And how do those quotes overturn the fact that, to this day, no defending world heavyweight champion has ever been stopped on a cut? All these years later they won’t stop the house fighter if it’s for the World heavyweight title. Never happened yet.
Your stance is no matter what ,no heavyweight champion will be stopped on cuts? For your information only two heavyweight champions have been cut badly enough to warrant that option being considered .Jeffries in the 2nd Fitzsimmons fight in1902 and Marciano ,in the 2nd Charles fight in1954 Absurd conclusion from a ludicrous poster.
Odd how I’ve never ever seen anybody predict Vitali loses in a h2h matchup on cuts. By the way you’re a much better man then me. You’re far to respectful to that trash. I’ve never seen you be discourteous towards him and he constantly takes shots at you. Despise weasels like that.
Lying, drunken, weaselly ,trash with a small dick, what's next? Keep it coming, we might get to 12 pages! lol
Here's a question for you my little Remora. If Vitali had been the defending champion against Lewis instead of the other way round, and given ,that he needed 64 stitches to close the 5 cuts on his face after the fight. Would the fight have been stopped in Lewis' favour at some point, and the title have changed hands on a tko, or would he have been allowed to continue with half his face hanging off ,simply because he was the title holder? You're welcome to answer this too Choky! In fact I really hope you do! This content is protected
Not a title fight but I always thought the A side fighter (Fury) was given extreme leniency for a very badly cut eye against the B side (Otto Wallin). I’ve no dog in this fight and was genuinely surprised that not a single heavyweight title has changed hands from cuts in boxing history. It seems the incumbent does get the benefit of the doubt in big fights though. In the case of Fury-Wallin Ive seen lesser cuts than that stop a fight for sure. As for Vitali/Lewis that fight had to be stopped. Vitali looked like road kill with a full half of the fight still to come. Now if he was champ in light of the Fury/Wallin in his own home town… it’s interesting. It seems a certain leniency is exercised for the title holder (Marciano benefited from that for sure against Charles 2, that cut was horrific).
Yes. This doesn’t prove anything for you other then you’re a hypocrite. You’d never pick anyone to beat Vitali via cuts. You just like using Marcianos not so good skin as a cop out or to make your argument sound better then it actually is. Marciano NEVER had a fight stopped against him for cuts. Now answer this question. Did you get your lunch money taken by an Italian boy growing up?
