Il address the last two points .
    3. The majority were very happy and rightly so.
    4. Wilder has no redeemable features currently. He is a women beater
he beats up the mentally handicapped
he is an ego manic who fired the one person who cared about him and blackened his name.
He brought boxing into disrepute with his wild conspiracy theories of fury cheating.
He has said numerous times he wants to kill someone including fury multiple times. And after all that he has no sportsmanship or class, he has never changed his point of view or gave fury credit.
He had an interview lately, no humbleness, no apologies nothing ! Just the ravings of an ego maniac

The only nuanced evidence you provided of wilders virtue is that he could have beaten up the mentally handicapped man worse if he wanted to.
That's like calling a ****** virtuous because you could have raped someone harder if he wanted too. Its nonsense.

If you are bringing up preventing further misery and issues then i guess you have a point. Wilder if he was a vegetable wouldn't be able to beat up any more women and the mentally handicapped so i guess you have made a point to support me there.
Im sorry i called you names it got a bit heated but this is my view point. Wilder has had a lot of time to redeem himself and no, he continues to be a scumbag .
Again if wilder can become a decent person my attitude will change but there is zero evidence of this happening

Alright I can agree with most of that.
And apologizing is ironically the ANTI-Wilder & the right thing to do. That is manning up. I do hope you realize that I did not get heated though.

About the couple of points you chose to address...

Maybe the majority who expressed an opinion were very happy, feel free to link the thread.
However I do not believe even then anywhere near most folks on the website were so Far Gone to be satisfied & gloat (even in their minds) about a man beaten into a comma.
And you provide no evidence for the outrageous statement that those who had such evil sentiments were right.

C'mon man, you must know that this level of Inhumanity would be unethical.
Even Wilder only talked trash about killing people-I have no idea if he would express satisfaction about causing a coma.
If so, you would be perfectly within your rights to condemn that to the High Heavens.

There was a time when numerous folks cheered as say blacks were tortured, lynched & castrated (usually when they did not even commit a crime) & publicly celebrated it, cheering it on at a mass rally/party.
That would not make it less Monstrous.

You ostentatiously ignored my first point about him fighting for/to help & loving his daughter. So no, Charlie Z. was manifestly not my only point.

As for that incident, you cherry-picked the facts, not listing the provocation, that it was an agreed upon gym fight-it is deceptive to just claim he "beats up the mentally handicapped".
Plus the way you put it falsely implied he was badly hurt. The man scooted off without any seeming real damage.
If you are fair you will say that while getting "triggered" by the ravings of a sick man was bad, it is nothing like "not raping" someone-a horrible analogy because there is no blame or provocation by the woman in those cases.

About your other critiques-while I did not know he was saying he wanted to kill Fury, the points you made seem overwhelmingly valid & correct.
His statement after the controversy of him being an in-ring sore loser seemed not like a real accounting for his actions.
I never said he was good overall-& the things you described need to be condemned.

I read through your post history it was mainly in the classic forum and you seem to be a good poster so i over reacted.

Im on a train atm so its hard to read an reply too much.
But regards the point about his daughter. That's seems like such a forced story, he is no longer with the mother of that child. Also he seems to blow a lot of money on pimp suits and cars etc. I will save judgment on this point for when wilder goes broke and we will see how much he supports her.

**** or beating up the mentally disabled ,both actions of an evil person. I can't give wilder credit for not giving him more of a beating.

Wilder years ago actually seemed like a reasonable person like at the start of his pro career.he seemed normal but the fool has lost his mind and has shown no signs of getting it back.

We aren't going to agree in this one but if i see any actual humility from wilder ill change my mind on this.

wow some novel writing going on here...

I suspect another autopsy has show more brain damage.

really he has taken some life shortening beating and given he hasn't the skill to avoid punches he is better off finishing up..

If he actually retires now, I believe it's a tactical retirement.
He would be years away to get a titleshot because of the mandatories that have to be fulfilled and there only being 2 beltholders, maybe even one in the near future. So he needs to get a mandatory position, which usually means dangerous fights and pursebid situations, to try and get a titleshot in the next couple of years.
If he retires now to make his comeback 2 years later, knocks over a couple of stiffs, and acts obnoxious on social media, he might get a voluntary that way.

Yeah he lost his damn mind. People do see a basic decency in some interviews, but he is not a mature, well-integrated personality.
But consider it seems too cynical to both assume he will go broke (but he could given his overall life skills), at least unfair that because he is not with a woman he is not a loving caretaker of his daughter. Let's be fair here. He has many deficits, but no cause to believe it is just P.R, not real sentiments about his progeny.

The beating up of the mentally ill I believe I answered.
You put it in an incomplete & biased way. Maybe you would not be provoked enough by what Charlie Z. did, but Wilder hardly did anything to him in an agreed upon gym fight.
Again if you condemn that, then perhaps Holmes is The Devil re: a surprise attack on Berbick, lol! Even that would be too harsh...

Thanks for the bon mots about my history here!
And being scrupulously reasonable in trying to give things a fair shake. :)

Ruiz vs. Wilder, to me, is actually a great and very worthy fight I would like to see. So its a bit unfortunate if that doesnt happen next year. But I rarely to never will talk bad about walking away from boxing. Better one fight too soon than one too late.
