Him being 'washed' (which we don't know that he is; he could be, but we don't know) has nothing to do with being a legit 147 lber; his size is what makes him a legit 147 lber. Careful matchmaking is at work here I'll grant you with Barios moving up after a high-profile loss, but that's always been the case for a fighter coming off of a loss and a long time off. I think you are reading too much into this.

 

I would favor Thurman but he’s been out the ring too long relaxing and probably getting high

I wouldn't say 100% shot, but his body is def breaking down. He also hits even harder than Tank, so we'll see how this one goes.

Thurman is a joke. Big respect to Spence for not trying to milk easy money from tune up fights. Hope Thurman gets KO'd. Most refs would have stopped the Lopez fight. I hope he ends up fighting Ortiz or Ennis. Its a destruction he deserves.
