Judging by the fact that Bowe was very badly hurt by Holyfield (who was Bowe's toughest and hardest hitting opponent), who did have a snap in his punches but I believe he didn't hit as hard as Tyson or Lewis. I rate it about 4. What's your opinions ?
In the second fight with Golota he took so many fight-ending shots, but he was still standing and fighting back. That fight proved, that his chin is definitely a 9, maybe even a 10/10. I dont understand how you can give his chin a 4/10.
Bowe had an above average chin, and, good recouperative powers. But, I just can't justifiably rate it higher than 7. The punches that an over the hill Holyfield, and Andrew Golota dropped him with were nothing special. If those shots had been from a Tyson or Lewis, he wouldn't have gotten up.
Bowes chin is outstanding. One of the best in the history of the game. Every fight that Bowe was knocked down in he got back up and returned the favor
