    Figured it out, Nick Halling. Not sure why I always mix him up with Smith.

    Probably because in the old days when I watched a lot more British cards on Sky, it was another tandem of an Englishman on play by play (Smith) with a Scottish broadcaster partner (Jim Watt)

    I didn't have a problem with the stoppage as Soro was badly hurt and he was eating big shots and his head was bobbling about, but I didn't realize the bell had gone midway through Madrimov's assault and therefore Soro should've been saved by the bell. Now it's just become a farce. Either wave them back on or call it a no contest.

    Edit: They declared Madrimov the winner. BS.

    Exactly. And if you subtract that extracurricular time and the bonus shots Madrimov got in, how much of Soro's head bobbling and eating big shots actually came before the bell? Enough to justify a stoppage already? Eh..

    No. Some might even have felt it was a tad premature even had all those shots landed before the bell but I was fine with it. But had the ref heard the bell Soro would've survived. I think Madrimov likely would've got him out of there in the next round but Soro got screwed badly there

    lol not gonna be many fighters wanting to go there to fight there top guys might be one of the most corrupt places to fight judging by tonight missed knockdown late shots and stoppign the fight after the bell lol. whats next one of there top guys gets sparked ? and they gonna pause the fight till he recovered or claim dq? lol...
