So, I have a duck feet problem, and I can't place my rear feet at 45 degrees to save my life, I found the ideal rear foot position for me to be 90 degrees and the front foot at 30-45 degrees, I'm an outside boxer and I like to be constantly activy using a lot of lateral movement, is my mobility hindered in any way because of my stance?

Same as your body learns to walk correctly with duck feet your body will also learn to move correctly as you box with feet offset from the textbook 45°
The 45° is textbook stuff, which works correctly with an ideal skeleton.
You probably have some kind of hip inflexibility which shows in your foot position.
You could train for flexibility and better posture this would help you bring your feet into a more "correct" position and as you gain extra flexibility you could start tweaking your foot position which would give you a more textbook "En Gaurd" position.
Tbh I doubt that it's hindering your lateral movement or any kind of movement used by the outboxer. As long as your not flat footed I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Having your front foot turned too far inward limits your ability to move side-to-side.

It forces you to only be able to move forward/backward as the foot being turned locks your hips.
