And that's the problem. Chisora isn't worth anything other than a big night out for the casual fans, which Frank doesn't really target. For Chisora, reinventing himself as the darling of casuals since the Whyte fights - and especially since the freak Takam KO - really has been 'game changed'. Nobody else can promote him now.

I wish Frank would just cut his losses in the upcoming BT saga and go back to Sky; he'd get a base of casual fans for free and still get to put on the 'trade fights' he enjoys promoting. Leave the Dels of the world to DAZN and coked-up casuals. They could always do a WWE style split and make Boxxer the NXT test bed for new stuff; big fights coming from Frank and Bob.

 

I would say that is by far the best performance I have seen from Paint Dry Parker and another display like that and he is getting a new name in 2022.

 

I wonder if Parker knows there are no big fights for him.

So finishing DelBoy in 3 has no benefits. Keep making these fights long and "exciting" and he has a rematch with him in the bank that would sell to the casuals.

 

Parker arguably won all 12 rounds. 10 of the 12 rounds were clear, whilst the other 2 in my opinion could have went either way. Even if they go to Chisora with 3 knockdowns score should have been 118-107 to Parker. The 3 judges should be stood down. Most rounds were so easy to score.

That’s the ideal scenario, especially with Frank and Bob being good pals and doing lots of business together.

@Mitch87 Boxing CV algorithm has confirmed Tyson Fury now outside the top 30 Heavyweight CVs after the pasting of Chisora last night.

We knew he was programming more anti-Fury bias and it looks like it is now minus points for even fighting Chisora.

Minor details such as fighting away from home against long reigning World Champions and actually winning every World Title Belt still has him well behind Dullian Whyte.

 

Parker's progress through 36 rounds of boxing in 2021 has been good.
He loooked much better in Chisora 2 than Chisora 1, and much much better than the fight with Junior Fa.

 

Love seeing that fat waste of space Chisora getting whooped. Let's see Hearn still conning the public after this with his usual 'you know what you get from del boy ... hard fight for anyone'

 

‘If you’re not an elite heavyweight Derek will beat you’ said Hearn last night. Wouldn’t call Kabayel, Helenius, Whyte and Parker elite.

 

Chisora is still easily top 15. We just need Fury to fight someone of Chisoras quality (which he hasn't done since coming out retirement) to prove he anywhere near the standard he used to be.

 

I was out last night so didn’t see the fight. Any obvious changes to Chisora’s gas tank or boxing since splitting with Haye?

 

It was a plodding clinic with the same telegraphed overhead right now in slow motion and his punch resistance has gone unless Andy Lee has managed to significantly improve Parker's punching power.
