I must say, Ricardo Torres. In 2005 he gave Miguel Cotto his toughest fight up to date. What happened to him?.… Then there was that young Olympian Ricardo williams-, traded in the million dollar contract to go instead to prison. Where is he now?? Thats all I can think of for now.
Sechew Powell. He was a solid fighter that looked like he had all of the tools to be a champ but always came up short.
What a sad state, locked up like an animal for most of his life, and then deported (not sure if yes he did or no) back to Africa. When I watch his old videos I can hear the bodyshots he throws! Ah well, that's how it goes.
Didn't sechew hit Cornelius bundrage with a simultaneous ko? Meaning they both went down and hit the deck at the same time/ a double knockdown? That Powell guy was looking tough! Even k,9 was a champion in his day. It's too bad sechew didn't follow on.his footsteps.
Julio Cesar Garcia I honestly thought this was gonna compete for titles from 140 to 175 - https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/32499 He had promotional problems where it was even rumored he threw a fight or two on purpose to try to get out of it. Thought he was Gonna be a beast.
Audley eventually actually became a contender... with some very transparent ranking manipulation from the WBA to get the fight made, for one of the most paper belts in history. And only throwing a single punch in 3 rounds, but still. He could have been a contender, and eventually he was.
I haven't seen him in strictly come dancing, but I dod see him in strictly come posing, with his posepartner David Haye.
I thought Liam Walsh looked really good at one point..then didn't see him for abit n next thing I knew he was getting poleaxed by gervonta Davis Oh didn't think he'd make it to world level but I had a soft spot for any nice guys who can bang n want them to do well..I thought cello renda might do ok ... especially after giving Murray hell in prizefighter
