Reynoso: There Is No Chance That Canelo Will Fight Usyk!

Kinda insane that the 168 champs coach saying he isn't gonna fight the heavyweight champ is a duck in some people's minds.

Brb gonna ask inoue if he plans to fight canelo

 

Course it's not a duck but he's making noises about fighting at cruiserweight & Usyk is the best cruiserweight of his generation so its become a talking point in boxing.. btw Canelo can make cruiserweight, its a stupid fight though because the ginger would get pounded into carrot soup

There's probably about 50/60lb natural difference between Canelo & Inoue, that is not the case with Canelo and Usyk., because although he's a ****ing midget I suspect he walks around at near 190 anyway..

They throw out the biggest names and pretend they want the smoke but then fight a weak beltholder like Makabu.....

If you clout chase then be prepared to be challenged on it too .....

 

Canelo will rather jump to cruiserweight and fight a paper champion than to face Beterbiev.

 

Benavidez hasn't done enough yet. Not saying that some of Canelo's other opponents had done anything either, but it can't be regarded as a duck at this point. Whether you consider that to be his fault or boxing politics at work, it still holds true. He should be going after guys like Plant, Saunders (if he wants it)... GGG if GGG gives up on the Canelo trilogy fantasy and wants to improve his legacy. Anybody who can give him a proper examination at SMW before he tries to land the jackpot, so to speak.

Bivol and Beterbiev need to fight each other first, let nothing get in the way of that. The winner of that fight would get some mainstream exposure and there would be more pressure on Canelo to make such a fight.

 

Canelo has become a multimillion pound scam. His fights are obviously fixed, the question is when will an investigation be be carried out? The fixes are so blatant, especially Kovalev and Yildrim. The only way Canelo beats any LHW (Bivol, Beterbiev) and above is if the opponent specifically comes to lose.

 

Well he's only stating the obvious. I hope no one actually thought that it would be.
Canelo is just looking to grab a trinket at cruiser nothing more.
If he was serious about clearing divisions out he'd take out a contender or two and clear the Light Heavy division.
We know he won't do that until a certain individual slows down some more.
I mean he could even clear the Super Middle Contenders as there probably better than the belt holders were he's unlikely to do that as he'll say they don't offer anything.
So a fight with Usyk one of the best Cruisers ever was never in a million years going to happen.

I don’t get the Canelo hate. He’s literally the only one fighting all these champs

 

You should be criticizing Bivol and Biev for not fighting each other. We should also criticize Benavidez for losing the only thing to offer Canelo 2x

 

In boxing, when someone says "no chance," it means that it is in the works.

If he had said "we are interested in the Usyk fight..." I would are suspicious.

 

Forget Usyk, he’s too big for Canelo. Canelo needs to fight Bivol or Beterbiev and stop weight jumping and cherry picking. If not these guys, unify 168. Jumping to cruiser and fighting a bum is just marketing. Canelo is a great fighter, he needs to act like a champion and beat all the best guys at a his actual weight, 168 or 175.
