Fighter A gets heavily knocked down, beats the 10 count and is saved by the bell.

Fighter A is clearly hurt and his consciousness is messed up as he gets up from his stool when the rest between round just began.

Fighter A’s corner starts giving their fighter PEDs (referee does not see this) and Fighter A looks alert all of a sudden. When the next round begins, Fighter A looks much better than before clearly the effects of the PEDs have worked.

    Need unbaised opinions.

As the (post) fight footage or PED test shows that out, then sure.
If there's only hearsay or inconclusive evidence, then of course not.

How do you know it's a PED?

I take it you mean a stimulant.

I wouldn't do anything without verifying the above.

If the ref doesnt see the administration of the PEDS (im assuming something like sniffing salts in this case) then how can he disqualify mid-fight? If the ref had suspiscions, maybe powder under the nose or saw something hidden in a towel under the fighter nose during the break, then he could either ask for the docs advise before calling off the fight, or call in the governing body to decide there and then.
But if the ref doesnt see it at all, then Fighter A may simply of just been given a really good "pep" talk by his corner for all the ref knows.

Sounds like Ali vs Cooper, where Ali should of been Dq’d for receiving a banned stimulant by the British boxing board.

Any usage of banned substance is subject to disqualification.

The problem is, ref is no doctor. You can only prove it with test or urine sample after the fight which is mandatory after all fight.

It sounds like he's describing something like what happened in Pryor vs Arguello I, although it's been years since I saw it.

I thought that and the Ali v Cooper fight. There a long time ago and really would have been difficult to prove due to lack of testing.
I'm just not sure if the Op is baiting and trolling or not.

Firstable learn anything about PEDS and secondable you will understand how stupid this thread is ...
Even if its injection, that still mean it will take time to see effect from it, and pills are tons slower.

And what is that "magical PED" that will somehow help a fighter, i'm curious cause you obvious have no ***** idea what you are talking ?!!!
Even a fast Testosterone Propionate would need like an hour before kick in. And to be completely fair you will need to be on it for a couple of weeks to really feel the effect.

Again there is no ***** magical pill that you will get and you will somehow transform into beast.

I'm amazed how many people on here have no clue about PEDS, but are talking rubbish.

Sure, but come on they had steroids and **** back in the sixties; so Ali was definitely on them just like everyone today. You can't look at Olympic records starting around that time and not go "Look at this bunch of cheaters." My favorite is Secretariat, the horse that won the Kentucky Derby by like a minute and a half. He retires and the next year they start testing for steroids, because things were getting ridiculous.
